The idiot thought Alberts were the ideal loosie - he was a joke alright. Alberts have been useless for years - one of the lowest work rate players imaginable. If you l ook at Meyer's selection requirements you would realize that he never assessed players on performance -only reputation was what counts. So he ended up with 8 horrible duds in the WC squad.
