I looked for what the oaks had commented about the match to see if anybody had anything sensible to say. Unfortunately due to, I suspect, to board improvements, no thread had many comments.
In an effort to limit some oaks making their names mud I would ask the se oaks to consider how many front line oks were not available:
Ox - only played a few mintes.
Wilco Louw. Locks like Eben, Snyman and Lood
Kolisi who is still a better 6 than Paul De VIlliers.
Morne v D Berg - these days a better scrummie than Reinach
Sascha still our best.
Ethan Hooker
Are there others?
Second string Boks were tooo good for England
Old bean, I concur. This is what happens when you use loveable and Ai to revamp your site. The admin is going to spend so much time arguing with Ai fixing it then just fixing it himself.
Need to get rid of pagination, make it easier to comment on the thread. I got so frustrated having to scroll, page several times, scroll again and so on.
They have fixed the multiple page thing now and the normal reply also has a proper button. Always teething problems with these things.
I saw Mike Skew nose Tindal are in denial on his the good, the bad and the rugby.
Said that the yellow cards cost them the game and that pressure or the boks performance had nothing to do with it.
Best start to the season. Every book showed up. Willemse set the tone. Best game I’ve ever seen him play. Fassi should not be in the squad. What I really enjoyed about Willemse was that he actually found his wings and threw more passes. I’ve never been a fan of Willie, but that was one element of his game to get our backs into space that has been lacking.
Loved ox bust up through the middle.
Libbok kept his mind and controlled the backline well. Williams was sharp, good box kicks.
Kriel was good.
Only Arendse with his yellow. 2nd time in consecutive games his done it. He has been out of form, maybe time to bring Moodie or Ethan back on the wing.
I would love to see Moodie and Ethan on the wings with Willemse to compliment our kicking game but also some physicality. However , just minor opinion
I'm not sure if I'm logged in as plum or as peach(the account I made to be able to log in for yesterday's AB game)
Okay, well I guess I am logged in as Plum.
A guy who is being overlooked is Edwil van der Merwe who was brilliant and very fast against the Barbarians. Arendse is not doing that great.
Why are these flanks/locks like Cobus Wiese and Ben Jason Dixon being considered as lock replacements before full blown specialist locks, Are we that depleted in the lock stocks?
