The more I see of Willemse the more I think he is a real star

Damian Willemse  again showed why the Stormers were prepared to let go of Robert du Preez and keep him to play at flyhalf.   He has it all - as good he is in attack - so good is his defense compared to other candidates.   Last week Jantjies missed 5 of his 10 attempted  tackles in a game against the same team - in the game today Willemse stats were 8 tackles made and 3 missed.   Today Pollard made 4 tackles from 8 attempts.  

I still think there is a lot that this 19 year-old can learn in the game - but I think he is bound to be the Springbok no 10 very early in his career.

I always had reservations about Jantjies and the latest two matches he played in proved beyond doubt that under pressure he is a joke in bad taste.  His defense is a serious problem,

I would rather have Pollard in the set-up and even Du Preez is better than .Jantjies as a supporting player.
