Great to see the top order firing let's hope they cement their form in the next couple of games, it's also great to see the inexperienced Breetzke score some decent runs at a good run rate. Nandre Burger looks a good prospect and will improve with experience.

Very disappointed with Stubbs at bat.

Perhaps he is to aggressive to score and should concentrate on selecting the correct shot to play instead of going for the big six.

Perhaps dropping him for a game or two to assist him in working on his temperament at bat would not be a bad idea.

No sense in looking for excuses for Stubbs, I don't know why and where the hope or thought came from that he is or has the makings of being the next big thing unless you can point me to a period where he was outstanding. Take that last game for example, he mostly scored in 1's and his fours came from paddle sweeps. He gave away his wicket attempting to paddle sweep and by so doing exposed all of his stumps.

The way he played that shot had stupid written all over it.

In white ball cricket, oh alright, you might score a few singles to start off with just to feel bat on ball as well as getting a feel for the wicket but it's not how to build an innings. Investing in dot balls and singles creates pressure.

I'm convinced that he's ordinary and until he delivers he'll remain ordinary. Unsurprisingly the geniuses on here will regard him as World Class........I won't and neither will Mickey.
