wipe the loss with a variety of excuses, some creditable, some not but the worrying thing for me is that the Boks appear to be leaking more tries ever since the departure of Jacques Neinabar. Anyone else think they've gone backwards in defense?

Remember, opposition coaches aren't sitting around twiddling thumbs, they're also analyzing the Bok game and finding ways to exploit weaknesses. Every test is a new chess game. But we do see the Bok defense being manipulated to bleed space in the wide channels quite often now, and a 13 like Lenny with a devastating outside break remains a weapon against our tanky 12s. Much like AE getting beaten on Saturday, DDA has given away the outside gap throughout his career.
