I can think of three….I would probably play Jordan in place of Arendse. Mo’unga ahead of the Hendrikse/Libbok options, although Pollard would be on the bench for the last 20minutes. And the obvious one, Savea would replace Kolisi.

Picking wingers for a world XV is tough. You're losing three of Cheslin Kolbe, Damian Penaud, Kurt-Lee Arendse, Will Jordan and Duhan van der Merwe . . . all of whom are deserving of a spot in a world XV.
For me it would be Cheslin #14 and Duhan #11.
As for the initial question, Rieko Ioane is probably better than anything we've got at outside centre . . . given that Jurenzo Julius hasn't had the test exposure he will surely get in the future.

Wrong Saffex. His only attribute is a good defence. He is forever dying with the ball on attack and seems totally incapable of running his wings into space or ever actually being able to feed them, a prerequisite I would have thought for any good centre.

Draad, we have Billy Proctor lined up to take the 13 jumper off Rieko but also the ever reliable ALB who can play either 12 or 13. ALB is way underrated outside NZ but is as steady as they come on attack and defence and never makes any silly errors. Other than that, there’s a few promising players but none that’s head and shoulders above the others.
