The loot is on the go already.   This bastard was banned from Russia in 1996 because he and the company in the USA  was looting  Russian resources.   Lucky for him - he should have been in jail.    Now he writes books about how to get the loot going  again by destruction of Russia as a country.   One of the worst kind of people imaginable.. The USA  should fund the reconstruction in their colony of Ukraine themselves since they caused the war and now want to go on another looting  spree.        

Mike imagine holding US treasuries then seeing the US seizing these treasuries and sling them to fund the rebuilding of Ukraine. 

Could you possibly think they could do the same to you. 

As with kicking Russia off the SWIFT system this will back firr horribly.
