The man worked with the CIA and NA TO and he was constantly glorified him as a main opposition leader in Russia - while he was not involved in any political party in Russia itself.   His only political venture was when he stood for election of the Mayor of Moscow and got 27% of the  votes.    In the last election the 11 known opposition parties got 52% of the votes iro the Duma Election - so Navalsky's effort was sub-standard.
