Actually Russia' s population consists of more than just Putin.

Loadsshedding in terupted that messzage and I never completed it .    The  Russian population  is circa 146 000 000 of which aabout 2 in every 1000 people aree involved in the Ukraine war.   That alone indicates that  circa 2 in every 1000 men are serving  in the Ukraine war.
